Type of Position:

Graduate Assistant with Athletics/Men's Track working 10 hours per week/150 hours per semester.

Pay Rate:

$8.34 per hour

Job Summary:

  • Serve as an assistant to the coaching staff.
  • Assist with on-site supervision during all practices and competitions.
  • Assist in the overall operating and planning of practice and competition.
  • Assist with computer and video analysis. Assist with community engagement activities and fund raising projects.
  • Assist with individuals and strength and conditioning program.
  • Assist with academic study tables.
  • Assist with recruiting qualified student athletes.
  • Assist with instruction and training.
  • Specific job responsibilities for the Graduate Assistantship position will be outlined further during the interview process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Admission to East Stroudsburg University. Graduate school application may occur at the same time as applying for the position.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Criminal background check
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Computer competency
  • Driver’s license
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
